Referral by E-Prescribing

For any Specialty medication (oral, injectable, infusion) send E-Prescription to CoxHealth at Home Specialty Rx

Referral by Phone

Call 417-269-0650 and ask to speak with an intake coordinator.

Complete the appropriate referral form or send signed prescription to 417-269-0692

CoxHealth at Home’s ambulatory infusion suites are a clinic-type setting specializing in providing infusion therapy to non-hospital patients. Our Springfield location offers individual patient rooms, certified infusion nurses, and easy-access parking.
