About the Service
Falling without access to quick help is a leading cause of emergency room visits and serious injuries and often leads to admission to a hospital or nursing home.
Because we don’t want you or your loved one to fall, we will provide a home safety and mobility assessment, which includes coordinating any modifications or equipment needed to keep you or your loved one as safe as possible in the home.
We can also provide HomeSafe or GoSafe, which are personal emergency response systems designed to give your or your loved one quick access to help when it is needed – at home or in the community.
